We will work together with you to define your key business goals. While our implementation is driven from specifications and working models of our solution, we want to ensure that the key business objectives are the driving force throughout the project and following the implementation.

Technical Support
We offers a variety of support services for our infovision product to ensure that you gain the benefit you need from your solution today and tomorrow. We can tailor the support program effectively to meet your needs.
- At a minimum, your annual maintenance will cover the usual services such as help desk, issue reporting, tracking and resolution, and new release entitlement. We can also offer you support for any custom work that we do.
- We will optionally provide full operational support for your infovision Data Warehouse solution, if so desired, effectively taking care of the all operations, backups and database tuning necessary to keep your enterprise data warehouse fully available with no effort from your internal IT department.
- Lastly, we can provide dedicated team, trained in your specific implementation, capable of providing ongoing changes and enhancements. This could include additional analytics or other solution improvements to your specific requirements.
